Wedding Invitation Design Process


Design Process Steps 1 and 2

It all begins with our quick survey and a conversation, so we can collaborate and truly create couture correspondence that reflects who you are and your style. The consultation is our opportunity to learn anything we can about your wedding from the overall feel of the entire event to the small details.


We’ll send you a detailed proposal for your consideration based on pieces discussed in your consultation. After review, your signed agreement and deposit initiates the beginning of our working relationship.

Design Process Step 4
The first stages of designs will be shared digitally via email. At this point you will let us know if we are on the right track or if we should make changes to the design's direction.
Design Process Step 3 Design Process Timeline

You will receive a timeline highlighting the next steps in creating your Save the Dates, invitation proofs, printing, calligraphy, and final mail date.

Design Process Revisions

We will provide a second round of design proofs based on your feedback. This process can be repeated as necessary until you are satisfied.

Design Process Step 6
We will provide your final design sample and any shipments will be coordinated. At completion of your project the final payment is due.


Party Time Design Process Step 7

Design Process Followup

6 Weeks prior to your wedding we we’ll follow up to discuss coordinating designs for programs, menus, escort cards, table numbers and thank you notes.
